What Board Boss keeps
Board Boss uses your answers, confidence choices, response timing, study preferences, exam timing, and progress to personalize your preparation. Your first name, intake responses, and part of your learning journey may be stored in your browser. Verified learning evidence, simulations, certification status, purchased access, and a random browser identifier may be stored on Board Boss servers.
What you may choose to share
You may tell Jules about reading, attention, memory, language, anxiety, or other testing difficulties. This is optional and is used to adjust explanations and practice. Board Boss does not diagnose a medical or learning condition. If your exam is not available, you may also provide your state, license exam, and email so we can notify you when it is ready.
Jules, voice, analytics, and service providers
- Messages sent to Jules may be processed by OpenAI to create a response. Board Boss requests that Jules conversations are not stored by the model service when that option is available.
- Text spoken by Jules may be sent to OpenAI to generate audio. Browser speech recognition may be provided by your browser or operating system.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits, campaign performance, progress through the preparation flow, checkout starts, and completed purchases. Board Boss does not send your Jules messages, test answers, name, email, or payment-card details to Google.
- Microsoft Clarity provides anonymous session recordings and heatmaps so Board Boss can see where people get stuck or leave. Clarity masks sensitive content by default; Board Boss does not intentionally send Jules messages, test answers, names, emails, or payment-card details to Clarity.
- Stripe processes payment details. Board Boss receives purchase status and does not store full card information.
- Render hosts the application and may process ordinary technical logs such as network address, browser information, errors, and request timing.
Support and guarantee requests
If you request help or a guarantee review, Board Boss stores the email address and details you provide so the request can be reviewed and answered. Do not include unrelated medical, financial, or identification information.
Your control
You can skip optional intake details, use text instead of voice, and clear locally stored progress through your browser. Clearing browser data can remove local progress or purchased-access credentials during the pilot. Use the Support Access form before clearing data if you need help preserving or restoring access.
Age and changes
Board Boss is not directed to children under 13. Learners under 18 should use it with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or school where appropriate. This notice may change as accounts and recovery features are added; the effective date above identifies the current version.
