What Board Boss is
Board Boss is independent supplemental preparation for the Texas Cosmetology Operator written licensing examination. It is not a school, licensing authority, or substitute for required education. It is not affiliated with TDLR, PSI, or the publishers cited as learning sources.
Purchases
Prices shown at checkout are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Every paid option provides 183 days—approximately six months—of access beginning when the completed purchase is verified. An individual section unlocks the named section. Exam Mode unlocks the Final Board simulations. Full Access unlocks the released Texas sections and Exam Mode, plus Texas sections expressly identified as included if they are released during the access period. Purchases are for one learner and may not be shared or resold.
Pilot access and recovery
During the pilot, access and progress are connected to the browser used for purchase. Do not clear that browser’s site data before requesting support. If a verified purchase cannot be restored because of a technical failure, submit a Support Access request with the purchase email and receipt so Board Boss can correct access or provide an appropriate refund.
Pass Guarantee
Every paid Board Boss option begins with 183 days—approximately six months—of access. If the learner still needs to pass the same Texas Cosmetology Operator written licensing exam when that access ends, Board Boss will continue the access originally purchased at no charge. Continued access is issued in 90-day periods and may be renewed as many times as needed until the learner passes that licensing exam.
The promise follows the learner’s licensing goal. It continues if the learner reschedules, reapplies, receives a different test form or version, tests in another available language, or the licensing authority changes the exam or provider while the learner is still pursuing the same license examination. Board Boss Certified is an independent readiness measure and is not required to receive continued access.
The learner should contact Board Boss using the purchase email when continued access is needed. A score report is requested when available because it helps Jules rebuild the study plan, but it is not used as a technicality to cancel the promise. The guarantee belongs to one learner, applies only to the Board Boss access originally purchased for this written licensing exam, and does not reimburse examination fees or other expenses. It does not extend to a different license, jurisdiction, or practical examination, and it does not permit account sharing, falsified information, or unlawful use.
Question content and availability
Board Boss uses original questions based on cited sources and the published Texas blueprint. Questions are preparation material and are not represented as confidential or copied official exam questions. Features and unfinished pilot content may be corrected, replaced, or improved. Purchased access will not be intentionally reduced below the offer shown at checkout.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to defeat payment controls, falsify readiness evidence, scrape or redistribute the question bank, interfere with service operation, or use Board Boss to violate exam-provider rules. Access may be limited when needed to address abuse, security, or unlawful use.
